TYNGO Staff Order Enhances Restaurant Operations with 1.24.13 Update

This significant update to the Oracle Simphony POS add-on helps restaurants enhance their table turnover and boost customer satisfaction through improved efficiency and expanded functionality.

New Features Improve Operational Efficiency and User Experience

The TYNGO Staff Order 1.24.13 update introduces several new features and improvements:

  1. Enhanced Menu Handling: Effectivity Groups allow POS users to exercise greater automated control over price activation. This enables more streamlined activities, such as happy hour or dynamic pricing.
  2. Customizable SLU Filtering: A new setting lets restaurants filter specific SLUs, simplifying the app interface and helping staff concentrate on the most relevant menu items.
  3. Manual Discount Capabilities: Staff can now apply up to 20 manual discounts directly through the app, providing greater flexibility in pricing and promotions.
  4. Optimized Performance: The update features quicker menu item processing and several UI improvements, leading to a more efficient user experience.
